e-Learning can have a number of definitions. To us, e-Learning is the use of both computer and communication technologies to deliver computer-based training with a high degree of interactivity, allowing people to learn anytime and anywhere while overcoming the limitations of time, distance and resources.
It is especially useful in today's world, where limited time and budget do not allow bringing together all that would need to, and helps meeting key Human Resources strategy requirements in organisations - certainly so for large organizations with multiple operations in different regional centers.
One of the strong benefits of well-managed e-Learning programmation is breaking down the instructional material in small units, named SCO (Shareable Content Object), enabling to easily reuse the learning material in subsequent contexts, and facilitating maintenance for changes and updates. Our approach is such that it meets all the requirements and further enables publishing in many multimedia contexts (LMS or AICC server, regular website, CD-Rom, …).
Sound Object Logic, with its object-oriented approach of project development, is perfectly fit for dealing with such learning objects and development concepts. Since 2005, we have launched the production and implementation of a new training strategy taking account of economic circumstances and with integration of flexible training methods and tools to achieve measurable training success.
